The Encore Live team had the opportunity to produce Jordan Spieth's Annual Spieth Shooutout for the past two years. The Spieth Shootout is Jordan Spieth's annual charity event. It was my first year, and I was picked as the Project Manager to take on this event. Uhhhh Jordan Spieth? Yes please!
The 2015 event was held at the TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas.
Did you know Jordan went to The University of Texas?
Yes, I took advantage of the situation... LONGHORN PIC! #hookem
Sound & Lighting: Miller Pro Audio
Centerpieces: Flowers on the Square
This event was definitely one for the books. Not to mention, it landed on my birthday. I won't even go into detail on the attendees & performers that night. Too much fun! Encore Live did an incredible job!

When I was working with Encore Live, I had the opportunity to plan a vacation in Oahu, Hawaii for about 200 of my corporate clients. These 200 guests were the award winners at their company's national leadership conference. Sounds fun, right? Try a lot of pressure!
I had to make this vacation the ultimate trip they've been waiting for all year long! I had to coordinate flights, transportation, hotels, excursions, registration, and nightly events. See, I told you it's a lot of pressure. However, it ended up being the best vacation with many happy clients! I even had some fun myself :)
Find the perfect resort for the group.
Coordinate an opening night reception overlooking the ocean.
Coordinate a historic excursion.
Coordinate a hike or something active for the group.
Coordinate a scenic tour throughout the city.
Set up multiple activities for guests to sign up for throughout the day.
If you are in Hawaii, a closing night luau is a MUST!

1. Juice - Most mimosa bars are displayed with a variety of topping options. Rarely are mimosa bars focused on the options for juice. The simple juice combinations will create a beautiful presentation and give the guest a juice of choice. You can even stay within the color scheme of the party. My personal favorite combination is an orange, pomegranate, and strawberry lemonade - the color combination is sweet & fun!
2. Toppings - I previously mentioned most mimosa bars are full of toppings, but let's go outside the norm! Instead of only using a variety of fruit, try adding some fun candy options. I know this sounds a little off-putting in a mimosa, but trust me, it will blow your mind. Experiment with pop rocks tingling on the tip of your tongue or cotton candy dissolving into a visual color sensation. I would love to hear some candy options you have tried!
3. Sweet Treats - Of course it's always a bonus to have some sort of food mixed with alcohol. A nice sweet treat pairs well with champagne and adds a final touch to the table. Make sure you have treats that can tie in with your color scheme. Macarons are my favorite treat to work with. They are cute, fun, colorful, and delicious!

When I was working for Encore Live, we had the opportunity to produce Fort Worth Zoo's Annual Zoo Ball. The theme that year was chosen to be "The Flamingo". This was definitely one of the coolest events I've ever been a part of.
Here's a little sneak peek inside The Flamingo...
