I love to cook & experiment with foods, but breakfast is the one meal I stick to the basics. If I don't eat breakfast in the mornings, I just don't function for the rest of the day... and no one wants that. I need something quick & easy but also filling - a yogurt parfait.
I use plain greek yogurt and top with granola & fruit. If you want a little more sweetness in there, feel free to add some honey! Enjoy.
